Hi, I'm Deb
I've been in operations for over 20 years and I've had plenty of mistakes, failures and successes along the way. Honestly, that's where most of what I know comes from.
I took some time out when my girls were little so I could be with them and get our life without school off to the best start. Now that's settled, I'm back in building mode.
Since then I've built services for local businesses and for tradesmen, and an online community of over 1,200 yoga teachers. I've got a great team of real people behind me, plus a growing army of AI allies that take the repetitive work off all of us.
I also get to work with some brilliant founders building from the ground up, including Her9, The Naked Doula and Curious Cat Publishing.
How I work
A few businesses, done properly.
Before all this I had a long corporate career in commercial and operational roles, with a finance background underneath it (AAT, CIMA). So when I look at a business I'm looking at how the work flows and what it costs at the same time.
I keep a small number of founder clients so each one gets proper attention, and I'd rather be in a few businesses for years than dip in and out of lots of them. That's why I like partnerships.
