I take over the operational side of a growing business, the systems, the team structure, the numbers and the day to day, so you get your time back for the part only you can do. If your business can't run without you, that's where I come in.

This is usually where founders are when they get in touch with me. The business has grown faster than the way it was first set up, so the setup needs to catch up, and you keep the creative lead the whole way through.

I've spent more than 20 years in operations, helping founders take an idea and turn it into something that runs properly, whether that's a business, a brand or a product. My finance background (AAT, CIMA) means I'm looking at the numbers and the day to day at the same time, so you always know where the money's going and what needs fixing next. I co-own The Naked Doula and run the back end of it from start to finish, so I do this in my own businesses as well as yours.
